First Aid Training
To train individuals and employees the principles of First Aid as laid down by the Health & Safety (First Aid) regulations of 1981.
Courses include theoretical and practical examinations which will display candidate's competence on First Aid in accordance with HSE approved guidelines as detailed in the 1981 regulations.

Manual Handling Training
Manual Handling training is a mixture of theory, practical demonstration and candidate participation. This course details the dangers in heavy lifting and how to carry out a lift, repetitive lifts, preperation before lifts as well as how to handle people in different situations.
